Project brief
Andalusia Group is aiming to build a new extension to Andalusia Hospital in New Maadi to be partially merged later with the existing hospital. The new standalone building is on total plot area 600 sqm with 4,400 sqm built up area divided on 11 floors (Two Basement floors – Ground Floor – 7 floors – Roof Floor). New Andalusia general hospital after extension will contain 40 beds.

Diar was responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a building. These systems are essential to the safety and comfort of the occupants and must be properly designed and installed to function properly. including Electrical, Low Current System.
