Project Brif:The hospital consists of 220 Beds 10 Operation rooms.
The building consists of 25 floors Five (5) basements Two (2) floors for services ( Ground and fourth Mezz floors ) Eighteen (18) floors .
Note that the above mentioned areas are for each floor. The total area for the hospital 50,250 m2
Diar scope of work is to perform and deliver the complete following items:
- \Review Architecture Design Package as per Construction requirements
- Review Structure Design Package.
- MEP Design Package.
- Preparation of drawings and documents required for the extraction of construction license.
