Project Brief:
COMPANY intends to install Viscosity Improver Modifier Dissolution Unit (VIMU) in the plant to achieve strategic goals and objectives.
The VI Modifier shall enable COMPANY in reducing the finished product blending time,enhance the material planning process, and save the space dedicated to store the packed VI additives and increase the space for storing other types of packed additives.
The project outline is the installation of Viscosity Improver Modifier Blender with capacity of 10mT along with 2 x 50 M³ Additive Tanks with related Accessories/Ancillaries and integrating them to the existing Blending system.
On other hand COMPANY intends to make extra scope for some pipelines and pumps modification in the sake of plant improvement.
